White roses turn cream colored after being candied. They are not stark white. see photo
They are not grown in toxins or pesticides and I clean them well before getting to work on them They are edible flowers, it would be a shame not to save for the next time you are feeling pride in your baked goods or need a favor for a special occasion. Just keep them in the container I send them in and they will last a long time if kept out of the sunlight and in a cool room.

Crystallized Flowers and Herb & Flower Crystals are their very best used within 2 weeks of purchase. They should be kept cool and dry. Please try and avoid humid conditions. Crystallized items should not to be refrigerated.

A Yes they do and they should be refrigerated upon arrival.
Q. How long do they stay fresh after arrival?
A. At least 5 days refrigerated in the bottom drawer. The thicker petaled flowers such as roses will keep for 5 to 8 days.
Q. How are they delivered?
A. Usually by Fedex and there isn't deliveries on Sundays or Mondays!
