Q.Do they always have to ship overnight with ice?
A Yes they do and they should be refrigerated upon arrival.
Q. How long do they stay fresh after arrival?
A. At least 5 days refrigerated in the bottom drawer. The thicker petaled flowers such as roses will keep for 5 to 8 days.
Q. How are they delivered?
A. Usually by Fedex and there isn't deliveries on Sundays or Mondays!
Q. Will you schedule my deliver for a date in advance?

I thought I would get the item as in the picture but its not same i could have made it myself. Maybe i had high expectations. If was too expensive to be $35.
