Great little cake decoration hard candy gems or a cheerful energy snack treat. I'll make them in all colors in the flavors listed below.

Here are the approximate quantities in my resealable stand up barrier packs :
30 ounces 30 gems 1/4 cup
4 ounces (oz)foil pack -at least 60 Gem Stones
8 ounces (oz) foil pack - at least 120 Gem Stones
16 ounces (1 pound) foil pack - at least 240 Gem Stones
5 pounds (5)1 pound foil packs) - at least 1200 gems
If you would like 2 colors to mix or three or four, it isn't hard to figure out.
For example - if you need 240 gems to decorate a wedding cake. That is about how many that are in a 1 pound foil pack. Say you want 4 different colors. Then because a pound is 16 ounces. Divide your total by 4 and buy 4 foil packs of 4 oz . Each in a different color that you want and mix them together.

Q.Do they always have to ship overnight with ice?
A Yes they do and they should be refrigerated upon arrival.
Q. How long do they stay fresh after arrival?
A. At least 5 days refrigerated in the bottom drawer. The thicker petaled flowers such as roses will keep for 5 to 8 days.
Q. How are they delivered?
A. Usually by Fedex and there isn't deliveries on Sundays or Mondays!
